Luton Game Jam - Trapped

Luton Game Jame Entry - Trapped
Trapped - This game was created by a team of us at a game jam held in Luton at the university. The team consisted of 3 x Developers, 1 x Designer and 1 x Artist. We were also meant to have 1 x QA (Quality Assurance Tester), unfortunately he never showed up on the day. So we were a man down, but we still were a strong unit and worked well together as a team. The game jam was held by the Train2Game tutors and lasted for 48 hours. This is what we achieved in that time, we had hoped to have a little more done with the project by the end of the 48 hours. Unfortunately we had run into a few problems which led us to be delayed. We were still pleased with the finished result as we had not used the Unity3D engine before, by that I mean its 2D capabilities, these were quite new at the time.
A full write up of the project is in progress, this file will be updated soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, here is the HTML5 Version of the game, it can be accessed using the below URL:
An eerie 2D top down game where you must navigate through a maze of traps and collect the keys to escape using only a torch with a limited amount of power. The torch can be used to light up the surrounding area and collect the keys to open the door, the torch can also regenerate power whilst offf, but beware as navigationg in the dark, you may fall in a trap or get attacked by a monster.
